Welcome to Salsa California. I'm Valerie, director of Siempre Salsa, San Diego's 1st Salsa Company. Since 1989 our mission has been to "Salsa-fy" the whole state of California and anyone else that will listen!

For those of you who are new to this "Salsa Thing", we offer complete Latin Promotion including Salsa dance classes, bookings for special events, and promotion of Salsa clubs and artists. We also publish San Diego's only Salsa Newsletter, Siempre Salsa, and provide information on Salsa history, music, special events, and the California Latin Salsa scene in general.

Special Event Sunday No work on Monday! Holidays are so much fun since we see folks that can't normally stop by on Sunday!! Dance class with Valerie & David @7:30pm and General Dancing with DJ NewYoRican (he is going to be staying all night) and DJ Israel!!

Sunday, June 23rd @ Tio Leo's the actual day of the Patron Saint Juan Batista falls on Monday the 24th so this year so we are celebrating with full decorations, special emphasis on Puerto Rican music and some Puerto Rican surprises. Colors for the night are red white and blue and we encourage flags, percusion instruments and any other Puerto Rican flavor that you may want to add. We will have tickets available on site for the following week's Dia de San Juan Bachata & Salsa Festival which will be held on Sunday June 30th featuring Ray de la Paz and Johnny Polanco. It is going to be a killer event.

TUESDAY Nights - SALSA IN THE SOUTH BAY @ the CENTER CUT
SalsaCalifornia.com is extending our reach into Chula Vista. We now include Tuesday Night Salsa at the Center Cut in Chula Vista. Cental to all with plenty of free parking, it is going to be a great spot to chill and listen to Salsa on Tuesday nights. I will be teaching a class at 8:00pm followed by DJ Isreal spinning the best Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha & Bachata. We are inviting everyone to come on down EVERY TUESDAY night to support Salsa at the Center Cut ( corner of Broadway & H St across from the H St Mall). Cover only $5.00 (such a deal!!) Get that "Salsa On"

**SUNDAY SALSA at TIO LEO'S LOUNGE 5302 Napa Street SD 92110. Right off Morena Blvd! They are offering San Diego Salseros a central location, ample free parking, wood dance floor, drink and appetizers specials. We start at 7:30PM every Sunday with Valerie's Signature Salsa/Merengue Class followed by General Dancing at 8:30PM to the driving Salsa Sounds of DJ New Yo Rican and DJ Israel. It is the place to be in San Diego for for a great Salsa hang out on Sundays!

Every year we take in El Yunque, PR's beaches, Local cuisine and all San Juan's Salsa clubs and offer a "come with us" to our friends. Next trip scheduled for March 2013. Yes it is sooner than you think! Valerie
